Pack Expiration Policy

This Pack Expiration Policy explains when prepaid Packs sold on pcow.io and within the Purple Cow Platform expire, and what happens to any unused balance after expiration. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, and restates the rules set out in Section 9 of the Refund Policy. By purchasing a Pack, you agree to this policy.

1. DEFINITIONS
Pack: a prepaid bundle, credit, or custom package sold through the Platform with expiration terms. Wallet Balance: stored value inside the Platform used to pay for services. Admin Fee: a non-refundable administrative deduction applied to eligible refunds where stated.
2. PACK VALIDITY PERIOD (12 MONTHS)
All Packs expire 12 months after the purchase date, unless specified differently in the Company’s written sales message to you. The validity period that applies to your Pack is shown in your dashboard.
3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER EXPIRATION
After a Pack expires:
the Pack and any remaining portion of it cannot be used; and
the expired Pack and its unused value cannot be refunded.
We therefore recommend planning your usage before the expiration date.
4. REMINDERS BEFORE EXPIRATION
Purple Cow sends reminders before a Pack’s expiration date to the account’s registered email and/or inside the Platform. These reminders are a courtesy notice and are not a contractual obligation. Responsibility for tracking the expiration date remains with the account holder.
5. REFUNDS FOR PACKS BEFORE EXPIRATION
If a refund is approved for a Pack that has not expired, Purple Cow refunds the monetary amount of the remaining unused portion of the purchased Pack only. Purple Cow does not refund any “value received” (i.e., services already consumed, delivered, or used). A 25% administration fee will be deducted from the refundable remainder.
Pack refunds may be issued as wallet credit and/or to the original payment method, depending on processor constraints and internal review.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds may be denied if:
the Pack has expired;
the Pack was substantially consumed;
fraud or abuse is detected;
usage violates the Terms & Conditions.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund for a Pack that has not expired, contact: refunds@pcow.io. Include your company name and account email, invoice/transaction reference, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence.
8. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
This policy is read together with the Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail, followed by the Refund Policy.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Purple Cow may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
